Trading Terms
 
A Unless otherwise requested, all prices quoted by Grand Brand Industrial are on FOB Taiwan or FOB China basis.
B In case that C&F  (or CIF) price is quoted, Grand Brand Industrial will prepay the freight charge (and the insurance fee) from port of loading to port of discharging upon shipment of the goods.  Import tax, customs clearance and handling fees and so on incurred in the buyer's country after unloading of the goods  are for the account of the buyer. 
C Grand Brand Industrial accepts irrevocable sight letter of credit as the only method of payment.  In some occassions, a "confirmed" irrevocable sight letter of credit may be requested.  For shipment under the value of USD2,000.00, we would request advance payment by telegraphic remittance.
D In some cases, Grand Brand Industrial would accept irrevocable usance letter of credit from prime bank of the wrold.  When a usance letter of credit is used, Grand Brand Industrial would request 2% interest per month from the buyer.
