Service - tooling & stamping
From the beginning of our corporation's history, OEM metal stamping and OEM tooling for the automotive, electrical, illuminating and hardware industries were the core and foundation of our business. Through such services, we have the opportunity to involve ourselves into different kinds of solution for various industries in the engineering, technical and cost respects. And from working together with our customers, we have built a close teamship between each other. In the past 20 years, our tooling engineers produced more than 480 tools for the industries. Some of these tools were eventually used by our stamping division for producing metal parts for the customers. Due to a wide range of our stamping capacity (see Our equipment), we use both thin and thick materials in producing the OEM metal parts. To be more specifically, from 0.25mm to 10mm, that is the range from micro switch contact pins to some of the automotive supporting brackets.
